Red Slaw

This slaw is our fun take on traditional coleslaw. It's simple, refreshing, and can make a slaw-lover out of just about anyone. 

 

1⁄2 cup vegetable oil

 

1⁄2 cup red wine vinegar

 

3 tablespoons sugar

 

1 teaspoon seasoning salt

 

1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper

 

1⁄4 teaspoon onion powder

 

1⁄2 head red cabbage, very thinly sliced

 

Salt to taste

 

 

Directions:

 

Mix all ingredients together, preferably the day before. It's great after it sits!
